This is the best place of its kind in Iowa. Very nice area. Beautiful. The beach area is like a pool with a concession stand that nor only has awesome ice cream and other food but you can rent canoes, paddle boats, and kayaks.

This is a fun place to camp out for a weekend. There's an outdoor playground, swimming area, and they offer paddle boat, canoe, and kayak rentals. The bathrooms were clean and the showers are free to use. My only recommendation would be to add another bath house as we had to walk a little ways and down a small but steep incline to get to the bathrooms. The site is also not too far from town.

There is so much you can do from hiking and fishing to Frisbee golf and more.

The cabins are nice with excellent rates.

The skating rink is like going back in time and if it rains at least there is still something to do.

Is better now than when I was a kid.

The camping spots are decent size. There are no fire rings, put a fire in one of the bare spots on the ground. Water and shower houses are a long ways away from most camping spots. We had to drive or ride bikes. Renting the paddle boats and canoes was fun, only $5 for a half hour.

Fishing, camping, picnics, swimming and disc golfing. I love this place. It's very clean and we'll maintained. A small gem in a county that has nothing else to offer besides a casino.

They also grill on Friday afternoons so if you want to take a break from cooking or just want to get out, stop by and get something.

It is a very nice park, ample sized camping spots and the geese are not too loud.

Many camping spots just feet from the lake as well as other areas a short distance away.
